The Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program (SIHIP), is a jointly funded program of the Australian and Northern Territory Governments. It will invest $672 million over five years in Indigenous communities across the Territory.
How is this program being delivered?
The SIHIP is being delivered through a Program Alliance contracting methodology. Three Alliances have been engaged to deliver packages of work ranging from $30 million to $50 million. The Alliances will need to engage local suppliers and to deliver the Program.

Can small businesses get involved in the Alliances?
The SIHIP will require an extensive workforce to achieve the range of construction and employment and workforce development outcomes. Small businesses, Indigenous enterprises, sub contractors and individuals in the Territory will be able to become involved in the program.
